We do not represent clients in court or offer litigation services. Our services are non-litigious and administrative in nature.

• All payments for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  ✅ Direct bank transfer to the account details provided on our Website or via our verified WhatsApp number.

• Please ensure you make payments only through the authorized methods mentioned above. Draft It Legal is not responsible for payments made to unofficial numbers, accounts, or third parties.

• Refund Policy:
  Due to the customized nature of legal documentation, consulting, and government filings, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or documentation has been submitted on your behalf.

• Partial refunds or adjustments may be considered at our sole discretion in cases where the service has not yet begun and no filing/drafting has been initiated.

• In case of any disputes or payment confirmation issues, please contact our support team immediately via official WhatsApp or email.

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines mentioned on our website (e.g., 7–10 working days for registration) are subject to:

• Timely document submission by the client

• Processing time by government authorities (e.g., MCA, GST, IP India)

• Public holidays and server downtimes

Draft It Legal is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.
